Returns & Eligibility
Once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer, it is not eligible for a refund.
If you believe your order does not meet expected specifications, you must contact our customer care team within 24–48 hours of delivery for review.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
All products are securely packaged with bubble wrap and protective cartons to prevent damage. However, if you receive a missing item or an incorrect item in your order, please notify us immediately.
A clear unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon delivery is required and must be provided for verification in order to process a return or replacement request.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, unless the item received is proven to be defective or incorrect.
Cancellations
Cancellation Period
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept an order at the time of delivery, they will be responsible for any delivery & logistics charges incurred.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
