Returns & Eligibility

  • Once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer, it is not eligible for a refund.

  • If you believe your order does not meet expected specifications, you must contact our customer care team within 24–48 hours of delivery for review.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • All products are securely packaged with bubble wrap and protective cartons to prevent damage. However, if you receive a missing item or an incorrect item in your order, please notify us immediately.

  • A clear unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon delivery is required and must be provided for verification in order to process a return or replacement request.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • The video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, unless the item received is proven to be defective or incorrect.


Cancellations

Cancellation Period

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Refusal of Delivery

  • If a customer refuses to accept an order at the time of delivery, they will be responsible for any delivery & logistics charges incurred.


Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
